Pair It Up    
PastryScoop.com introduces PAIR IT UP, a new lecture series where we bring together two of our favorite topics—food and wine—in one fun-filled tasting event at The French Culinary Institute.

The best way to learn is to taste. And that's exactly what you'll do at our expert-led series where you'll sip and savor a selection of thoughtfully paired combinations of food and wine. Each event will pair a different food topic with corresponding wines for a unique sense-filled tasting experience.

Festive Food and Wine for the Holidays
Ready to start celebrating? Join us on Tuesday, December 19th for a special evening of delectable food and wine as Chef Nils Norén, the head of The FCI's Culinary Arts program (and former executive chef of Aquavit) shows you how to prepare several delicious dishes, perfect for a lavish holiday party.

See Chef Nils in action, sample his delectable creations, and taste the pairings our wine expert Anthony Trincanello has selected especially for the occasion.

Time:    6:15pm: Check-in begins
    6:30pm: Start of event
     
Fee:  

$50 (plus a $2.50 service fee per registrant)

Please reserve your seats today as seating is limited. Most major credit cards are accepted. Tickets will not be sold at the door.
