PastryScoop.com invites you to join us for our Fall 2007 Conference on Sunday, October 7th at The French Culinary Institute. We've gathered together a dozen of the city's finest talents to host workshops on a variety of topics including fanciful wedding cakes, desserts with international flavor, and the latest in the high-tech pastry revolution.
