PastryScoop.com invites you to join us for our Fall 2008 Conference on Sunday, October 12th at The French Culinary Institute. We've gathered together some of the city's finest talents to host a dozen different workshops on a variety of delicious topics from homey pies and fried desserts to desserts using the finest of farm fresh ingredients and the latest in the high-tech pastry revolution.
