Creative and delicious Halloween treats prepared by Jürgen David.

SWEET SUCCESS? WE'D SAY IT WAS!

Over 250 professional pastry chefs and amateur bakers attended PastryScoop.com’s first annual Sweet Success Conference held in the kitchens of The French Culinary Institute in New York City. PastryScoop.com invited thirteen of their favorite pastry chefs and bakers to share their best secrets for creating picture-perfect and perfect tasting baked goods and desserts. Attendees learned new tips, got copies of delicious recipes (Ovaltine pudding, anyone?), and were stuffed full of gelato, strudel, chocolates, and other delectable goodies. Thanks again to all of the chefs and attendees who made the event such a hit!

Please save the date for PastryScoop.com’s second annual Passion for Pastry Conference and Golden Scoop Awards, to be held at The French Culinary Institute on May 15-16th, 2005.
