THE 2ND ANNUAL PASSION FOR PASTRY CONFERENCE
SUNDAY, MAY 15TH, 2005

 
  New York, NY. February 2005— Get sweet inspiration at PastryScoop.com's 2nd Annual Passion for Pastry Conference on Sunday, May 15th, 2005, when twelve renowned pastry chefs and bakers share their professional secrets and techniques for creating perfect desserts. The conference will be take place at The French Culinary Institute (The FCI) at 462 Broadway at Grand Street in New York City.

Guest chefs will include: Gina DePalma, Babbo; Jehangir Mehta, Aix; Lauren Dawson, Hearth; Sam Mason, wd~50; Deborah Snyder, Lever House; Pichet Ong, Spice Market; Jason Licker, The Peninsula New York; Tara Bench, Martha Stewart Living; wedding cake designer Ron Ben-Israel; and The FCI's chef-instructors, Tina Casaceli, Jürgen David, and Hans Welker.

Get recipes and see the methods for producing premium ice creams, breads, chocolates, wedding cake decorations, and much more. Learn from some of the city's top talents, taste their delicious creations, and network with other professionals and dessert lovers. All workshops are open to the public and will take place in the kitchens and International Culinary Theater at The French Culinary Institute.
